We manage the properties directly on agreements with the owners, we run the cleaning, we hold the keys. Booking with a broker means paying a layer of cost that does not exist when you book direct with us.
How much will I actually save?

You ring us. We pick up. The team that answers the phone is the team that runs the property. No call centre. No third-party host who needs to be contacted. We sort it.
Can I extend a booking partway through?

Usually yes. Because we control the diary directly, we can confirm extensions in minutes rather than days. Last-minute extensions depend on availability but we will always tell you straight away rather than passing the request through a chain.
Are bills and wifi included?

Yes. Every property comes fully furnished with all bills, wifi, and cleaning included. There are no surprise charges on the invoice. The price we quote is the price you pay.
